Frank Silva

A marketeer to the core, Frank brings over 30 years of experience with BAT and a wealth of industry experience to BAT Canada.

Prior to returning to BAT Canada as President and CEO, Frank held a variety of marketing roles at Reynolds American where he established the Digital Marketing and Commercial Activation function. In February 2021, he added Trade Marketing and Customer Management accountabilities to his role and focused on driving a more consumer-led commercial strategy, improving speed, energy, and cross functional integration behind building strong brands together with our commercial partners.

Prior to joining Reynolds in 2019, Frank served as Regional Marketing Director for BAT’s Asia Pacific and Middle East region (APME).

Frank’s background includes experiences at a local, regional, and global level, working as Vice President Marketing and Sales at BAT Canada, Marketing Director for BAT UK & Ireland, and in a global capacity developing BAT’s Harm Reduction strategy.

Frank now leads the BAT Canada team in achieving their ambitious objectives to accelerate their multicategory journey and deliver A Better Tomorrow for all its stakeholders.
