Melissa Caouette is a Senior Consultant and Practice Lead, Western Canada with Crestview Strategy based in Edmonton. She has both private and public sector experience working with diverse stakeholders to build partnerships and achieve complex outcomes. Melissa is familiar with a number of public policy areas including economic development and municipal affairs. Previously, Melissa worked for a global law firm as a government affairs and public policy professional and as a Special Assistant to the Premier of Alberta. She is active within her community and has been involved in a number of municipal, provincial, and federal campaigns including serving in the war room of the 2019 Alberta provincial election campaign.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta in Political Science. Melissa appears regularly as a panelist and contributor on television and radio commenting on a wide range of political issues.
