Anthony Lacavera is probably best known for having started WIND Mobile in 2008; the first time the Big 3 in the Canadian Telecom Industry got a taste of real competition. After having sold the company in 2016, he’s back to try and buy it back and ramp up the competitive pressure facing Bell, Rogers & Telus.
Through this experience, Anthony has developed a unique perspective on Canada’s lack of competitiveness and how we might address some of these fundamental issues to make Canada as prosperous as possible. Some of these insights he shared in his 2017 book How We Can Win: And What Happens to Us and Our Country If We Don’t.
Anthony is a real Canadian Optimist and who joins to discuss the opportunities and challenges he sees facing Canada in the decades to come.
