Andy Crooks is a retired lawyer and a long-time servant of the conservative movement.  Former Chair of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, current Chair of the Canadian Constitution Foundation, deeply involved in political life, a leader in public/private ventures and active in social leadership.  Together with other members of this panel, a signatory of the Alberta Firewall Letter in 2001.  Andy is also an enthusiastic supporter of the Modern Miracle Network and the Canada Strong and Free Network.
