Dr. Audas is the creator of the COVID Misery Index as recently released by McDonald Laurier Institute. Born and raised in Canada is currently living in New Zealand where he serves on faculties at the University of Otago, Dunedin School of Medicine, Memorial University and Alliance Manchester Business School. Professor Audas teaches economics, statistics, and research methods across the globe. He has authored over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles in a wide range of scholarly journals and has written a comparable number of consulting reports for government, industry, NGOs and think tanks.
