Heidi is CEO and Founder of ASN Productions Ltd. ASN stands for “A Stranded Nation”, paying tribute to Heidi’s first documentary about Canada’s energy industry. Heidi has since produced multiple commercials, documentaries and short films. She is committed to changing the negative public narrative of Canadian energy development. 

Heidi McKillop is a country girl at heart, born and raised in a small village called Harvey Station, New Brunswick. Heidi earned her first degree in sociology at St. Thomas University. She later completed her second degree in social work from St. Thomas. 

She is currently working on an investigative documentary, diving deep into the manufacturing footprint of “green energy”. Heidi and her team have been speaking to land owners all over southern Alberta to capture a realistic perspective on the issue.
