Kris Sims

Kris Sims has worked in journalism and politics for more than 22 years ranging from local radio to CTV’s Parliamentary Bureau.

Hailing from Hope British Columbia, she was a founding reporter for Sun News Network and covered issues of big government, personal liberty and the rights of rural Canadians until Sun News was shut down.

Sims is currently serving as the B.C. Director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, setting dumpsters on fire and holding big-spending politicians accountable.

When she isn’t digging through expense reports and doing interviews, Sims can be found reading Ayn Rand on the banks of the Fraser River with her husband and their two children.
