Matthew Spoke is a tech entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Moves – a financial services business addressing the needs of gig economy workers across North America. In addition to his work in tech, Matt is a passionate real estate investor and a part-owner of a real estate development business in Toronto.

Matt spends much of his time thinking about public policy, particularly in fields related to tech, innovation and economic growth. Matt is a big advocate for more ambitious pro-competition policy in Canada, to drive the next generation of entrepreneurs and to deliver economic prosperity for the country.

Matt lives in Toronto with his wife, Jennifer, and two kids. Jennifer owns and operates a French preschool in the city.
