Philip Thompson is a Policy Analyst at Property Rights Alliance (PRA) based in Washington, DC specializing in international intellectual property legislation and trade policy, Philip supports the International Property Rights Index an annual publication of PRA. In addition, Philip authored and launched the International Trade Barrier Index in 2019 which provides data on tariffs, non-tariff measures, service restrictions and trade facilitation environment for 86 countries. Philip holds a BA in International Conflict and Resolution and an MA in International Commerce and Policy, both from George Mason University.
