Shalini is currently the director of Operations at Surati, a leading manufacturer of East Indian snacks and baked goods that was started by her Grandfather, Maganlal Sheth in Uganda, Africa.  Shalini has worked in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years in both Supply Chain and Operation Management roles.  Shalini currently overlooks the production and supply chain functions at Surati’s 65,000 sq foot state of the art facility, 4 Distribution centres across the U.S and a manufacturing plant in India.  Shalini is an executive board member of the Coalition of Concerned Manufacturers and Business of Canada.
