Walter Robinson is an accomplished and bilingual public affairs executive with over 25 years of experience in achieving public policy change at every level of government. He is a nationally recognized advisor who combines a deep knowledge of parliament and the machinery of government with integrated and compelling advocacy and communications strategies to succeed in complex and politically charged environments. He served as a national spokesperson for the Canadian Taxpayers Federation conducting thousands of interviews while authoring hundreds of columns and several dozen legislative submissions.
Along with driving legislative victories in federal Budgets, he served as Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Ottawa, and participated in national debate preparations with the Prime Minister of Canada. He has held Vice President roles with Rx&D (now known as Innovative Medicines Canada), worked as a Senior Director in the pharmaceutical industry, and served in volunteer hospital governance and health charity leadership positions. He is a former Ottawa Business Journal Top Forty Under 40 and United Way Community Builder Award recipient. Finally, he is a five-time undefeated White Collar Boxer and serves as producer and MC of the Fight for the Cure cancer fundraiser in support of the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation.
